When should I RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by 10/31/2024 through our website under the RSVP tab.
What should I do if I can't make the event?
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
Are kids Invited?
We Love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
Will there be an open bar?
Selected drinks are on us! If you are feeling extra celebratory, a cash bar will be available for extra refreshments.
Can I bring my own adult beverages?
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise.
When should I arrive?
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Doors will open at 5:00pm, we kindly ask that you arrive before 5:30PM, enjoy the great music and socialize before the ceremony begins. Should you arrive after 5:30PM, you will have to wait until the Ceremony is over to enter the Reception Hall.
Is there an after party?
In true Dowling tradition, we will meet you at the local bar after the Boda! The wedding may have ended, but we would love to continue the fun at the nearest bar. You are not required to come, but hey, if you are already out for the night, why not join in for some extra fun!
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
Where should I park?
We highly encourage Lyft/Uber if you are staying nearby. There is street and a parking structure with fees nearby if you wish to drive to the event.
How will Seating work?
We are having a combined Ceremony and Reception. Unless, you have been instructed to sit in the reserved seating, you may sit in your designated seat.
